The Greene County boys track and field team placed fifth in a field of eight teams at the Tiger-Knight Relays April 24 in Carroll.
Senior Roman Phillips remained undefeated for the season in the 100 meter dash with a time of 11.39.
Freshman Daric Whipple claimed second in the 400 meter low hurdles at 58.69 seconds, and junior Alex Rasmussen placed second in the discus with a throw of 132′ 4″.
The 4 X 200 meter relay team was third with a time of 1:37. Junior Dylan Hamilton, sophomore Max Neese, and seniors TJ Lint and Phillips comprised the team.
Team scores were Carroll 125, Harlan 117, Boone 110, Atlantic 78, Greene County 61.5, Denison-Schleswig 52.5, Kuemper Catholic 36, and Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln 29.
The Ram girls did not compete.
